Getting the size right
Measure where the piece will actually sit, not your clothing size. If you land between two sizes take the larger one, since every piece adjusts down but none adjust up. The full guide is on the fit page.
The longer version
Prong set crystal across the band and a fall of cup chain fringe below it, cut to different lengths so it breaks up rather than hanging as a curtain. The delay in the way the fringe moves is the whole point and it is the reason people film themselves in it.
