Getting the size right
Measure where the piece will actually sit, not your clothing size. If you land between two sizes take the larger one, since every piece adjusts down but none adjust up. The full guide is on the fit page.
The longer version
The engineering problem with thigh chains is that they slide. Ours has a silicone lined inner band hidden behind the front chain, so it stays where you put it through four hours of moving. Worn over bare skin, over tights, or under a slit skirt so it only appears when you walk.
